At Bonne, the mission is to create a deliciously nutritious protein pancake that tastes just like cheesecake. We use premium, non-GMO cottage cheese from Wisconsin, and the pancakes are made with only clean, wholesome ingredients. Each serving contains 15g of protein and 6g of prebiotic fiber.

As the co-founder of this company, I am responsible for all aspects of product and business development. We began the process by collaborating with local pastry chefs in Los Angeles to develop the recipe. Additionally, all branding and packaging solutions were created in-house.
