Finding a supplier can be a challenging task, as factors such as cost, local versus imported sourcing, quality, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and production capacity—just to name a few—must all be considered when identifying the right partner. I have extensive experience in knowing what to look for when selecting co-packers and manufacturers that align with your business model and brand identity.

Testing and Launch
Once you have a finished product, it’s time to put it into the hands of the consumer. I can help you develop the best strategy to launch your product in the D2C or retail space. This includes finding a reliable fulfillment partner and selecting the right digital tools for customer acquisition and data collection.
